The main research interests of the nuclear physics group include the experimental study of the signatures of Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP) if it is ever created, Monte Carlo simulations of high energy nucleon/nucleus collisions, cosmic ray shower simulations, correlation study of cosmic ray flux and atmospheric and space weather, and associated hardware projects.
