Welcome

I am a graduate student at Georgia State University (GSU), Nuclear Physics Group, under the advisement of Dr. Xiaochun He. My current research projects include the study of the properties of cosmic ray radiation and the associated applications, mainly correlation studies of cosmic ray flux and weather and cosmic ray radiation effects on human health.  I also teach Undergraduate Physics algebra and calculus-based laboratory courses of Introductory Physics, serve as a member of Student Technology Fee Committee and Student Activity Finance Committee. During 2013- 2015 academic years, I acted as a President of the Physics Graduate Student Association (PGSA).  During the same time, I functioned as one of the collaborators for Graduate Career Alliance Symposium.  In Fall of 2015, I initiated a charter of a new student organization at GSU, Women in Physics, where I currently hold a position of a President. In May of 2016, I was awarded a Provost Dissertation Fellowship to support a focused effort on dissertation completion.
